Warranty

Naddafco Stone guarantees that its stone surface products are free of manufacturing flaws and will operate as expected under normal conditions for 15 years from the installation date. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchase and cannot be transferred to the subsequent owners. 

EXCLUSIONS -

-The warranty excludes any issues caused by poor handling, manufacturing, installation, post-installation alterations and maintenance. Furthermore, it does not cover damage from severe temperatures, chemicals, physical abuse or discolouration. 

-Any impact damage such as cracks, chips and scratches by heavy objects or sharp items will void the warranty.  Naddafco Stone surfaces are scratch-resistant but not scratch-proof. 

-Any exposure to harsh chemicals, such as alkaline pH cleaners, solvents and products containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride will void the warranty. 

-Direct exposure to UV rays, high temperatures or open flames will void the warranty. 

-Exposure to harsh environments, such as installation near fireplaces, outdoor areas or swimming pools, will void the warranty. 

-Natural wear over time, such as discolour, texture, change or fading caused by sunlights or enviromental causes will void warranty. 

-If a manufacturing problem is proven, Naddafco Stone will evaluate the proper resolution which may include repair, replacement or a credit equal to the products original purchase price. 

-This warranty excludes installation, fabrication and any direct or incidental fees. 

-Natural disasters including earthquakes, floods and other catastrophic calamities are excluded. 

-Neglects lack of sufficient care and failure to flow specified maintenance procedures are not included in this warranty. 

To file a claim the customer must produce proof of purchase and send Naddafco Stone a written notice within 30 days of discovering the flaw. 

Naddafco Stone reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the authenticity of the claim. 

NADDAFCO STONE PRODUCT-

- Inherent colour patterns or texture changes such as minor deviations across slabs and batches are normal and expected. 

-Designs that do not align completely or 15mm in each vein are deemed typical.
